Please try the following troubleshooting tips:
1. Clear the cache/history of both Safari and Chrome.
Then log back in to Brightspace to see if you can see the quiz.

2. You may need to disable content blockers AND enable pop-ups just for the Brightspace website.
You may need to do a Google search to find out how to do this in Safari and in Chrome.
