How to get the Vonage App installed On Macs/iPads:
Go to the Coker Self Service App () and go to the Applications tab. Click Install.
How to get the Vonage App installed On PC:

*While it is installing on PC you will get a pop asking to "Allow Access" for the Windows Defender Firewall. Just click CANCEL.
How to Sign In on Mac/PC:
Click the "Sign In" button once the app is installed.
It should open a new tab in Google Chrome with a login page. Click "Single Sign On". Then on the next page, put in your full Coker email address as the username.
It should then bring down a pop up. Click the "Open Vonage Business App".
Go back to the newly installed app and it should bring up the phone system.
Make sure to tab on the circle at the top left corner that has your initials
This will allow you to access the “Mute” option as well as get into your settings.
In the settings menu make sure to go in and setup your voicemail
On Cellphone/Tablet:
Go to the Google PlayStore or the Apple App Store
Search for “Vonage Business” It should look like this:
Download it
Once it is installed, open the App
Tap the “Sign In” button
It should open your web browser and have a log in page
Below the Username and Password is an option labeled “Log in with Single Sign On”. Tap that button.
Fill in your full Coker Email Address as the username, then proceed through the log in process.

Once you have completed the sign in process, it will ask you to allow it access to certain things:
Microphone
Notifications
Contacts
Camera
Siri / Google Assistant
Once that is done you will be able to make and receive calls.
Make sure to tab on the circle at the top left corner that has your initials
This will allow you to access the “Mute” option as well as get into your settings.
Tap Settings and go to “Call Settings”
Make sure to activate “Hide Vonage Calls on iPhone” (this will separate your Phone App from Vonage)
Also make sure to go into your Voicemail Settings and set that up as well.
